We'll Probably See Meghan Markle Again Much Sooner Than You Think

• Meghan Markle is currently on maternity leave after giving birth to Archie Harrison earlier this month.
• While Prince Harry has been making a ton of appearances since becoming a dad, we likely won't see Meg again for a few weeks.

While Prince Harry has been gallivanting around Europe and making appearances at events everywhere from Rome to Norway, it's been almost three weeks since the general public saw Duchess Meghan Markle and baby Archie Harrison. Meghan has been staying out of the limelight and having friends like Jessica Mulroney and Serena Williams quietly come visit her and Archie at Frogmore Cottage.

Meghan's hiding out in Windsor has royal fans (hi!) wondering when the heck we'll see her again. After all, royal maternity leave can go up to six months (which Kate took for Prince Louis), and that's a long time!

Well, it looks like we might actually get some new Meg photos way before that. Next month (June 8th, to be exact) is the royal Trooping of the Colour parade that marks the Queen's birthday. And because this event is a big deal for the Queen, it's likely that Meghan will make an appearance regardless of her being on maternity leave. After all, Kate Middleton showed up at last year's Trooping of the Colour despite giving birth to Prince Louis a month and a half earlier.

And you might notice that there's no stroller/crib/Baby Bjorn with newborn Louis in the picture, and that's because he stayed home while basically all of the country was watching his great-grandma's parade. We can take that to mean that it's likely that baby Archie won't be making an appearance in June with his mom. However, royals christen their children around two to three months after they're born, so we'll definitely see Archie and Meghan then!
