The palatial mansion costs all of 450 crores, spread across 50,000 square-feet in Mumbai's Worli area. It was designed and constructed using 3D modelling tools by a London-based engineering firm, Eckersley OCallaghan. 

 

Bought Over From Hindustan Unilever Ltd

 

The bungalow was bought over from Hindustan Unilever Ltd, approximately 7 years ago. The property has been constructed on the land that held the Hindustan Unilever training centre. The couple received an all-clear certificate and permission to occupy the home on September 19th, 2018, a few months before they got married in a lavish wedding ceremony on December 18th. 

 

A Wedding Gift From the Groom's Parents

 

The impressive home was a wedding gift from Ajay and Swati Piramal—Anand Piramal's parents—to the newlywed couple. The Piramals had won the bid for the building in 2012 and bought the property for a handsome sum of Rs 450 crore. Ajay Piramal heads a $10 billion global conglomerate that deals in pharmaceuticals, financial services, real estate, information services and glass packaging.

 

Plush, Unbelievable Interiors

 

When the exteriors of the residence are jaw-dropping, you can expect the interiors to fall nothing short of dream-like. Besides being a five-floored high-rise, the house holds three basements. The first basement has a lawn, an open-air water body and a double height multi-purpose room. The ground floor houses the entrance lobby while the upper floors feature multiple living and dining halls, bedrooms and studies. The bungalow also houses lounge areas, dressing rooms, a garden, a swimming pool, a diamond room and a temple room. The property can also apparently hold up to 20 luxury cars!

In April 2019, Isha Ambani hosted a soiree in her new abode, with known personalities such as Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Parineeti Chopra, Tamanna Dutt, Srishti Behl Arya and Radhika Merchant in attendance. A girls-night in making ice-cream, Parineeti Chopra revealed that it was "the best night ever!", while Priyanka complimented Isha on the house, thanking the "hostess with the mostest."
