Sarah Jessica Parker’s iconic clothes in Sex and the City have inspired many wardrobes across the globe. As we eagerly wait for the reboot series And Just Like That, sneak peek into the shoot and some of her enviable outfits have done the rounds on social media. Recently Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah) was spotted in a fuschia pink and blue chequered pattern blouse with matching lehenga designed by Shane and Falguni Peacock.

According to sources, Sarah dresses up in a traditional Indian attire to attend an Indian wedding. In the pictures, she can be seen wearing a floral maang tikka with pulled hair back tied into a braid. Colourful fresh flowers adorn her braid too. Sarah wears minimal makeup and can be seen sporting a few bangles, earrings and a pendant. 

Initially when the photos surfaced online, many attributed the lehenga to Alexander McQueen but it was soon confirmed that Falguni and Shane had designed the particular ensemble. They shared photos of the lehengas on their Insta stories and posts. They shared a post of the original design on their Instagram feed. 

 

The series And Just Like That will premiere in the month of December. The hit series reboot will focus on the life of Carrie Bradshaw (played by Parker), Miranda (essayed by Cynthia Nixon), and Charlotte (portrayed Kristin Davis) as they navigate friendship in their 50s.
