Following a restrictive diet isn’t easy. When there’s no quick reward in sight, many tend to lose interest. One way to stay motivated is to reward your efforts with a cheat day in a week. Priyanka loves to dig into to burgers and pizzas on her cheat days and you can too as long as you make sure to burn off the extra calories on other days.
