  • Probably one of the strongest characters that Vidya Balan has played till date, the entire film has you hooked. And it's a masterpiece worth remembering.

  • A young girl gets ditched before her marriage and decides to go on her honeymoon alone. Funny, emotional, and as real as it gets, Kangana's performance is amazing. Brownie points for having an unconventional ending!

  • If you haven't seen Dor, you've missed out. With Gul Panag

and Ayesha Takia (it's definitely her best performance ever), the movie traces

the life of two women who meet by fate. Think about all the women whose freedom

is snatched away under the pretext of tradition, and what would happen if they

actually decide to change their story.

  • Madhuri Dixit and Juhi Chawla, rivals at one point, come

together in this film that's based on true events. Loosely put, Dixit is the

hero, while Chawla the villain, and there's everything you'd expect from a good

action flick. Controversy, animosity, fighting, revenge, betrayal; all played

    out by two, strong women.

  • Rani Mukherjee plays a cop who's out to catch the kingpin of

a very big women's trafficking racket. And from what I've read, she actually

trained in Krav Maga while preparing for her role. It's dark, but it's a movie

    worth watching.

  • Two women, two strong characters, and it's based on a true

story. It doesn't get better than that. If you've seen the film then you'll

agree that Rani Mukherjee and Vidya Balan take the film to its zenith, and they

    do it with flair.

  • It's the performance that put Alia Bhatt on the map. A great

story, with great characters, you can't help but feel overwhelmed after you

finish watching the movie. And it's one of those movies that need to be on your

    bucket list for sure.

  • Anushka Sharma is beating the sh*t out of men with an iron

rod! Is anything more I need to add?
