Bollywood is famous for pitting actors against each other and drawing comparison at their every move—from #OOTD face offs to their on-screen performances, there's no actor who hasn't been compared to his/her contemporary in Bollywood.

The fresh crop of actors aren't spared from this tradition as well. Jhanvi Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan who are soon to take their first step in Bollywood are already being pitted against each other.

Sara, who's already finished the first schedule of her movie, Kedarnath is ready to roll for the second schedule—whereas Jhanvi Kapoor who will make her debut alongside Shahid Kapoor's half-brother, Ishaan Khattar in the Karan Johar helmed, Dhadak (a Marathi remake) is yet to begin her her shooting schedule.

Jhanvi's mom, Sridevi is more than excited for her big Bollywood launch―amidst rumors that she's miffed with Karan Johar for delaying her daughter's launch she talks about the on-going competition between the two future leading ladies of Bollywood.

"Competition can never be eliminated from this industry. There is nothing wrong with it. It keeps you on your toes, making you work harder. But, the biggest challenge lay in bettering your craft, and faring better than you did the last time. You don't have to turn your face away from each other just because you are pitted against one another at work,"she said.

Well, she does have a positive take on it, she further talked about Jhanvi's preparation- "I can't help but give her tips about everything – from how to dress to what she eats. Children have their own minds. When it comes to her work, I don't want to advise. She must cultivate her craft all by herself, make her own choices and chart her own path."

Well, it seems like the mommy cool is more excited than nervous for her daughter's debut. BTW, rumor has it that Jhanvi Kapoor has already bagged her second movie opposite Ranveer Singh, and it's directed by Rohit Shetty.
