'I Have Rarely Been Intimidated by Anyone': Kareena Kapoor on Her Relationship With Soha Ali Khan

"I have rarely been intimidated by anyone and media knows. But if there's one person in the family I am completely in awe of, it is Soha. I'm always a little nervous when I am having dinner with Saif and Soha, I'm like Oh my God, I am never going to understand this conversation," says the Bollywood actor that has the country going gaga over her oodles of sass, besides being obsessed with her adorable baby Taimur.

Sitting at the book launch of Soha Ali Khan's first editorial venture—The Perils of Being Moderately Famous—Kareena Kapoor Khan poured her heart out about how much she admires her sister-in-law, and how she relates to Soha's husband and actor, Kunal Kemmu when it comes to being completely lost in some highly intellectual conversations that take place between Saif and Soha.

Nobody is alien to the fact that Soha is extremely well-read and has interesting opinions on worldly matters, and her book is essentially just a documented proof of that. In her book, Soha talks about finding herself in different capacities—as legendary cricketer Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi and veteran Bollywood star Sharmila Tagore's daughter, and actors Saif Ali Khan's sister and Kareena Kapoor Khan's sister-in-law.

Looking stunning in a red bodycon dress, Kareena was all praises for her sister-in-law, who she apparently shares a very relaxed relationship with.

"If Kunal can't, there's no way I can! Soha has always been so polite, like 'Hi, what's up, did you buy anything, so what's the gossip?' I'm like, 'Oh God, I feel so small and lame!' But it's okay. I think we have found our way," she added.

Soha had talked about how Kareena was extremely helpful in sharing her pearls of wisdom when she was expecting baby Inaaya, and that just shows the two actors are friends first. Kareena couldn't stop complimenting Soha for her solid foundation and grounded nature, and openly confessed she was the pillar of the family.

"If there's anyone in the family who we all can turn to, when Amma (Sharmila) is all worked up, if there's one person that can control the situation, that's Soha. I truly believe that she is the torch-bearer of the family and this title doesn't do justice (to her) because famous or no famous, she is the grounding on which all of us stand," she said.

While we deffo agree with Kareena, we can't wait to to check out Soha's new book. BRB!
