Abhishek Bachchan Slammed a False Report Stating He and His Wife Were Having a Fight

A day in the life of a Bollywood celebrity involves shooting in fancy, foreign locations, attending glam B-town parties, enjoying the overwhelming love that fans shower on them (online as well as offline), so, basically it's all about living the larger-than-life life! NOT. 

The reality can be a little (or a lot) different from this perception. The actors do enjoy a lot of perks being a public figure, but then, the pressure to constantly be in the public eye is not easy.  It's hard to imagine how we would react if every move of ours was scrutinised by the media. 

Recently, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan returned from their London holiday. A video surfaced on the internet, where the couple is walking out of the airport with their six-year-old daughter, Aaradhya. In the clip, Abhishek tried to hold Aaradhya's hand while they were walking towards their car, at which point Aishwarya says something to her husband, who immediately let's go.

This two-second, awkward moment was interpreted by an online report as a fight between husband and wife. And as usual, the actor took to Twitter and retaliated in the most decent manner possible. Here's what he tweeted:

With due respect. Please refrain from making up false stories. I understand the need to continously post, but would really appreciate it if you could do so responsibly and without mischievous intent. Thank you.

The tug of war between stars and the media will be ongoing till the end of time, but we're on Abhishek's side with this one. Live and let live, we say!
