The word Yoga itself derives from Sanskrit and means to join or to unite, symbolising the union of body and consciousnesses. Malaika's latest Instagram post is all about a Yoga pose she swears by, the Camatkarasana, which literally means 'the ecstatic'. This pose also known as the 'Flip Dog Pose' or the 'Wild Thing Pose' meticulously combines backbend and single-hand balance and is meant to energise your spirit and mind. Here is a picture of the pose.

That pretty impressive, and it doesn't look easy! Well, Malaika says that miracles don't happen overnight, they take time, take effort and need for us to be open, but they are not impossible. Thanks for that dose of #MondayMotivation, Malaika👌🏼. She then goes on to talk about the benefits of this pose.

#malaikasmondaymotivation .. Hello to all you beautiful people out there! This Monday, I want to talk to you about miracles. At @thedivayoga and @sarvayogastudios, we truly do believe in miracles. But miracles don't happen overnight, they take time, they take effort and they need for us to be open, but they are not impossible. Speaking of miracles, here is a variation of the Chamatkarasana, which helps us do just this! It truly is a miracle asana, which helps in both physical and psychological benefits. 1. It meticulously combines the back bend and single hand balance. 2. Physically, it opens the chest, shoulders and throat. 3. Opens the hips and hip flexors. 4. Stretches and strengthens the back. 5. It cultivates feelings of universal love and acceptance. Here's my gratitude message for you today, \"May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.”Hello Universe, Hello new week! @sarvesh_shashi

Right when boiler suits in all shapes, sizes and fabrics are ruling the roost, Melania has taken the humble jumpsuit from the confines of casual or club apparel section and propelled it into the formal wear racks. \r\nWho knew it would take a ‘vintage’ Indian sash to up the elegance quotient of the jumpsuit? Well, looks like FLOTUS’s Indian fashion journey is poised to be quite a trend-starter.    \r\n\r\nFirst daughter Ivanka Trump’s personal brand of style has been a visual narrative of the image she has crafted for herself, one of a feminine, empowered working woman. Her conservatively cut, form-fitting and A-line silhouettes, sheath dresses, floral prints, and soft, pastel hues all carefully tie into the complete picture she chooses to present, one of working women, equal parts feminine, equal parts immaculately professional and completely representative of all-American family values.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nView this post on Instagram\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nLanding in Ahmedabad with POTUS Donald Trump, the first lady Melania and husband Jared Kushner, Ivanka is seen descending to the tarmac wearing a chic floral print midi-dress by New York-based womenswear and accessories brand Proenza Schouler. The dress is a viscose baby-blue with a red floral print, in signature Ivanka style. In a nod towards sustainable fashion, this dress is the same one worn by Ivanka on her visit to Argentina in September last year. The dress is detailed with puff-sleeves and tie-up neckline and was accessorized with red stilettos, statement earrings, straight, sleek hair and minimalistic makeup. \r\n\r\nTaking a cue from her father Donald Trump’s “Buy American, Hire American” proposal, Ivanka has always favoured mainstream American fashion designers with her past sartorial choices such as Ralph Lauren, Micheal Kors, Carolina Herrara and Oscar de la Renta (Who was the creator of Ivanka’s white inauguration ceremony jumpsuit).\r\n\r\nThe 'repeating' of her ensemble has added sustainable chic in the lexicon of adjectives to describe her modern, working woman persona. \r\n \r\n\r\nStory: Simrit Tiwana and Arpita Kala \r\n","type":"story","field_meta_title":null,"field_meta_description":"cosmo, cosmpolitan, cosmopolitan india, cosmopolitan.in, cosmo.in, Melania Trump india, Ivanka Trump India, Melania Trump Ahemdabad, Ivanka Trump Ahemdabad, Donald trump india visit, trump india visit, trump namaste india, Melania trump outfit india, Ivanka trump outfit India, outfit breakdown trump visit ","field_meta_keyword":"cosmo, cosmpolitan, cosmopolitan india, cosmopolitan.in, cosmo.in, Melania Trump india, Ivanka Trump India, Melania Trump Ahemdabad, Ivanka Trump Ahemdabad, Donald trump india visit, trump india visit, trump namaste india, Melania trump outfit india, Ivanka trump outfit India, outfit breakdown trump visit ","image":"https://akm-img-a-in.tosshub.com/sites/cosmo/sites/default/files/2020-02/Screen%20Shot%202020-02-24%20at%202.53.59%20pm.png?DvnOYzd.jj0Cq2ltVSsx8exUfaDPuxKm","field_editory_by":null,"path":"/celebrity/news/a19672/melania-wears-vintage-indian-textile-ivanka-makes-nod-sustainable-fashion","created":"24 February 2020 ","time_created":"2020-02-24T13:30:00+05:30","field_section":"Celebrity","field_section_url":"/celebrity","field_content_type":"News","notes":null,"notes_syn":null,"userData_node":null,"userData":null,"field_first_name":null,"authorpath":null,"userPicUrl":null},{"nid":"19626","title":"#CosmoExclusive 5 Minutes With Celebrity Stylist Aastha Sharma","field_dek":"The stylist tells Cosmo the answer to the question on everyone's lips - Is athleisure out of fashion? \r\n","modified":"2020-02-14 10:41:23","status":"1","field_full_dek":"While fashion might be the MVP of stylist Aastha Sharma's world, travel to gorgeous destinations comes a close second. But, pleased as you are for her success, you can’t quite bring yourself to add your congratulations. Rightly or wrongly, her achievement makes you feel worse about your own position on the career ladder. And the worst part? She’s your sister. If you have a sibling, it’ll be one of the longest relationships of your life. But even if you love him or her to bits, you might still be consumed with envy at news of their success—and feel like you’re constantly living in their shadow. We’re pretty much accustomed to feeling envious of other people’s status updates. But among other things social media has brought to the fore, ‘shadow sibling syndrome’—where people may struggle with their status as the ‘less successful’ child. And it can be made even worse if you feel one or both parents hold the same view. “Social media means that siblings’ achievements (along with everyone else’s) are given more of a showcase,” says Tina Kretschmer, a researcher on sibling rivalry. “We are constantly reminded that they’re happier, prettier, richer, more successful, The negative consequences are flourishing beyond anything we’ve ever seen.” \r\n\r\nPriyanka, 33, is a successful novelist—but admits to pangs of jealousy whenever she sees photos of her musician brother Rahul hanging out backstage at the NH7 festival. “I think the world of him, but I’ve always lived in his shadow,” she says. “He’s very popular—he’s a musician and tennis coach, he passed his driving test in the first try, and I’ve never seen him fail at anything. While my parents never showed any preference, he was definitely my grandmum’s favourite—she had five photos of him on display, just one of us both, and none of me alone.” Fast-forward 20 years, the same thing’s happening—only this time, it’s online. “On Facebook, even our mutual friends tend to send Rahul birthday messages, and not me. But on the plus side, it was probably seeing him succeed at things I can’t do that motivated me to find something I’m really good at.” \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nHaving sold her first novel at just 23 years old, Priyanka has learnt to live with her brother’s different brand of success. “Sometimes, I wish I could post exciting pictures likes his online—but then I get to chat with famous authors on Twitter. It might not be quite as visible, but it’s still as exciting. Finding my own outlet means that now I’m a lot less jealous of my over-achieving brother.”\r\n\r\nHappily, as Priyanka found, using social media to drive your own success can have a positive influence when it comes to dealing with shadow sibling syndrome. But, for other women, the effects can be devastating, particularly if one or both parents appear to love them less. \r\n\r\nAround 45 percent of adults admit to having some type of dysfunctional relationship with their brother or sister—one being treated better than the other or vice versa. But the good news is, whichever side of the fence you’re on, having experienced this sibling rivalry doesn’t mean your relationship with your brother or sister is completely doomed, or that it will stay that way for your whole lives. “Try to avoid making direct comparisons,” says Kretschmer. “And don’t beat yourself up about being jealous of your sibling, as jealousy’s not always a negative emotion; it can motivate us, too.”\r\n\r\nAnd if you can’t see any reason to build bridges with your favoured sister or resentful brother just now? Remember they’re always there, for good or bad—you might unfriend them, but they’re still family. \r\n\r\n \r\n","type":"story","field_meta_title":null,"field_meta_description":"cosmo, cosmpolitan, cosmopolitan india, cosmopolitan.in, cosmo.in, sibling rivalry, sibling issues, sibling problems, mom loves sister more, does my mom love my sister more, sibling issues, kim kardashian, chloe kardashian, katylin jenner ","field_meta_keyword":"cosmo, cosmpolitan, cosmopolitan india, cosmopolitan.in, cosmo.in, sibling rivalry, sibling issues, sibling problems, mom loves sister more, does my mom love my sister more, sibling issues, kim kardashian, chloe kardashian, katylin jenner ","image":"https://akm-img-a-in.tosshub.com/sites/cosmo/sites/default/files/2020-02/Screen%20Shot%202020-02-12%20at%202.51.27%20pm.png?HeEC6TQYM_jeanBreMFBfk3URwtiihqy","field_editory_by":null,"path":"/celebrity/features/a19574/confession-my-mum-loves-my-sister-more-me","created":"12 February 2020 ","time_created":"2020-02-12T13:00:00+05:30","field_section":"Celebrity","field_section_url":"/celebrity","field_content_type":"Features","notes":null,"notes_syn":null,"userData_node":null,"userData":null,"field_first_name":null,"authorpath":null,"userPicUrl":null},{"nid":"19554","title":"Joaquin Phoenix Just Won the Best Actor Award for 'Joker' And His Speech Was So On Point","field_dek":"Excuse us while we Stan on him...\r\n","modified":"2020-02-11 09:13:20","status":"1","field_full_dek":"Unsurprisingly, Joaquin Phoenix just won the award for Best Actor at the Oscars for his role as Arthur Fleck, aka the Joker. He's actually the second person who's won an Oscar for playing that same character (the first was Heath Ledger, who won it posthumously). While many moviegoers and critics weren't a fan of his frontrunner status—many worried it would inspire violence—his acceptance speech was refreshingly self-aware.\r\n\r\nNow, Joaquin didn't address the controversy surrounding the movie or how the Arthur character was incredibly violent towards women, but he *did* acknowledge that he used to be a \"scoundrel,\" and said that he was selfish, difficult to work with, and is immensely grateful that Hollywood gave him a second chance. As he put it, he is thankful that he was guided towards redemption.\r\n\r\nJoaquin also took his win as an opportunity to talk about how \"egocentric\" society has become and question why humans feel the right to \"artificially inseminate a cow\" and \"dominate and control the other [groups and species] with impunity.” He definitely took his full two minutes and used them to shed some light on issues that are important to him.\r\n\r\nThe speech was reminiscent of the one he gave at the BAFTAs, in which he called out Hollywood for how it \"created and perpetuated and benefited from a system of oppression\" and called on them \"to be the ones to dismantle it.\"\r\n\r\nUltimately, his parting message tonight was encouraging everyone to \"run to the rescue with love and peace will follow.\" Check out his speech right here:\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\nJoaquin Phoenix: \"That's when we're at our best, when we support each other. Not when we cancel each other out for past mistakes, but when we help each other to grow, when we educate each other, when we guide each other toward redemption.\" #Oscars Oscars","field_dek":"We need to talk about Steve Martin mispronouncing Cynthia Erivo's name.\r\n","modified":"2020-02-10 07:21:11","status":"1","field_full_dek":"It's the Oscars, baby! That means all of Hollywood is in one place celebrating the achievements of, well, themselves! With all that talent in one room, though, there are bound to be weird run-ins, awkward conversations, and weird facial reactions that people just can't control on live television. Thankfully, we're here to report on all the above. Here are the most awkward moments at the 2020 Academy Awards.\r\n\r\nGiuliana Rancic's interview with Julia Butters.\r\n\r\nGiuliana, an adult, asked Julia, a 10-year-old, if she and Leonardo DiCaprio would chat between takes on Once Upon a Time... in Hollywood. Julia, a consummate professional, said there was not a lot of chatting. \"Not really, we would be professional,\" Julia said. Okay, girl! Giuliana seemed shook by that answer.\r\n\r\nGiuliana's chat with Questlove.\r\n\r\nHe mentioned an Oscars after after-party, and she jokingly asked if he had a plus-one. Without missing a beat, he responded, \"Uh, I'm not even invited. I'm DJing but I'm not even invited.\" Welp, guess she's not going! Lol.\r\n\r\nDiane Warren being salty about her lack of Oscar wins.\r\n\r\nOkay, so Diane Warren has been nominated for 11 Oscars and has never won. She talked to Giuliana about it and said she is the only woman who's been nominated that many times but has never won. Giuliana was like, \"I'm sure that's not true!\" And Diane was basically like, yeah... it's true. Then she talked about how she definitely thought she was going to win the year she was nominated with Lady Gaga. Yikes.\r\n\r\nKristin Dos Santos saying Greta Gerwig was nominated for an award she wasn't.\r\n\r\nSo this is a confusing one, but basically, Kristin was talking about the best actress nominees, and she mentioned Saoirse Ronan, but then pivoted to talking about Little Women director Greta Gerwig. \"There's a lot of talk about female directors being shut out this year and I'm so happy she's in the running.\" What's weird about that is that Greta Gerwig wasn't nominated for Best Director, but it's possible that Kristin was really saying that she was happy Saoirse was nominated for Best Actress because of Greta's snub? IDK, but either way, it was weird!\r\n\r\nSteve Martin mispronouncing Cynthia Erivo's name.\r\n\r\nSteve Martin and Chris Rock were giving a little bit of a monologue at the beginning of the show, and Steve mispronounced Cynthia Erivo's last name. It's pretty awk considering Cynthia is the only acting nominee of color tonight.\r\n\r\nDiane Keaton dropping the piece of paper with the winner on it.\r\n\r\nWhen Diane and Keanu Reaves were announcing the screenplay award, Diane low-key dropped the piece of paper with the winner's name on it. She recovered like a champ, though.\r\n\r\nEminem's surprise performance.\r\n\r\nNot like we're mad about this, but it was a little bit odd when Eminem rose up from below the stage to perform, given that literally no one knew he would be there. The audience was definitely confused, and you could tell. Case in point:\r\n\r\nThe makeup and hairstyling winners got commercial'ed off the stage.\r\n\r\nWhen the Bombshell makeup and hair artists went up to accept their award, one man spoke, and before either of the women got to take the mic, the lights went dark and ABC cut to a commercial. Rude!!\r\n\r\nOne itty bitty sentence in Joaquin Phoenix's acceptance speech.\r\n\r\nOkay, Joaquin's speech was 10/10 excellent, but he did talk about his vegan values, and mentioned the act of artificially inseminating cows so that we can steal their milk. While he raises incredibly valid points, it was a little jarring to hear the phrase \"artificially inseminate a cow\" at the Oscars. Just sayin'\r\n\r\nWhen they tried to dim the lights on Parasite.\r\n\r\nAfter Parasite won Best Picture, the whole crew was still on stage when the lights started to dim. The audience was pissed, and people like Charlize Theron literally started motioning for them to turn the lights back up so the cast and crew could continue to make more speeches. Despite this year’s nominated films sorely lacking any thirsty ballads between two horny-for-each-other A-list celebrities, the Academy Awards have a pretty stacked group of performers.\r\n\r\nBut before we get to this year’s artists, can we just...\r\n\r\n*gulps water*\r\n\r\n*passes out*\r\n\r\n*wakes up*\r\n\r\nCool, moving on!\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nBillie Eilish\r\n\r\nIt’s unclear what, exactly, Billie will be singing (all we know is it’s a “special performance”), but is now a good time to mention that she’s doing the new James Bond theme song? Here's what he had to say as he wrote about Alia: \r\n\r\n\"Most significantly, the year will culminate in marriage. Yes, remember you read it here first: Alia and Ranbir Kapoor are set to tie the knot in December this year, not long after the release of Brahmastra on the 4th of that month. Until then, I’d like to protect my private life for as long as I can. But I do have a huge crush on Bradley Cooper,” she jests. She does tell us, though, that the first thing she notices about a man is how he carries himself—“not just the clothes and shoes, but how he conducts himself”. Her prospective man should respect women and be self-assured. And infidelity is an instant deal breaker.\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nAnyone who’s seen her films will concur that Vaani, today, is a perma resident of ‘hot-bod, great-looks’ land. But what not many people know about the actor is that she wasn’t always like this. Growing up, Vaani was “actually a chubby teenager with braces”. And by her own admission, still needs to really watch her diet and exercise rigorously to stay in shape. Having been on both sides of the fence, what does she feel about body confidence and the pressures women have to deal with? “I won’t deny that people in our society are obsessed with appearances. And in the film industry, especially, you are required to be presentable. But, honestly, it should never be about size—about being thin or fat. It should only be about fitness and health. Thankfully, that mindset is changing, and people are getting smarter.” \r\n\r\nAs we near the end of our chat, we ask Vaani what she considers her most special achievement so far. “It’s a personal one, actually,” she  smiles. “The ability to take care of myself financially. It makes me extremely proud,” she beams. “I stopped taking money from my parents as soon as I began working at 17, and I kept it that way, even if it meant cutting down on expenditure. It’s the same even now. You feel so empowered when you’re not dependent on anyone monetarily.” And what’s her biggest fear? “I’m fearful of fear...of living in fear. I hope I never have to, nor in the insecurity that comes with it.” Amen to that.   \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nThe Cosmo Quiz…\r\n\r\n1) The one thing that I’m totally hopeless at...is lighting a matchstick. And she has brought back with her a rather exhaustive list of places to eat at.\r\n\r\n“Don’t go by my appearance, I’m the biggest foodie you’ll ever meet,’’ she laughs, almost reading my mind. \r\n\r\nThe fact that food is one of her greatest pleasures is just one of the things we discover about Vaani Kapoor. Sharing a common adoration for all things carbs-laden, we’re soon exchanging notes on the hidden gems in the Brit capital. “You must try Little Moons, they have the world’s best ice cream!” she tells us, animatedly. “And Zuma, for the best Japanese in town...or, Burger & Lobster, it has the most amazing burgers. You know, I had booked a fitness trainer for myself there, but all I did was eat...and walk—which I hope burnt some calories. I don’t even feel bad about missing the gym, the food was amazing!” And then, barely stopping for breath, “I think my spirit animal is a pig, ’coz I can eat non-stop,” Vaani declares. \r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nWhen she wasn’t playing the role of an unofficial restaurant critic, Vaani did a spot of socialising...something, she tells us, she doesn’t do often. “I met and connected with so many people in London, which I don’t do normally,” she divulges. This is surprising. Because if there is one thing we assumed about this actor, it is that she isn’t one to shy away from being in the centre of a social spolight. In reality, though, she often prefers to be by herself. As outgoing as her roles have been on-screen, Vaani is uncharacteristically reserved off of it. We tell her as much. “You know, even Hrithik [Roshan] told me that. He had seen me in Befikre before we worked together in War, and later told me that he had thought I’d be a bit intimidating. I do get mistaken for  an overly bold and gregarious girl, like the characters I’ve played,” she laughs. “But that’s not bad, really...I must be playing them well. And because I don’t talk a lot in real life, a lot of people think I’m arrogant or unapproachable. That’s the most common misconception about me. But I’m not like that...I just take time to open up.” This is a confession Vaani had made even when we had met her back in 2017, just after her second film, Befikre. “And nothing has changed since then,” she quips, “I’m still struggling to come out of my shell. Being in the profession that I am, it would have helped if I were more of an extrovert, more social. I try, but you know, it’s just not who I am in my fabric,” she smiles. \r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nBut certain things have changed. When we were prepping for this interview, the 31-year-old was trending on social media for telling her trolls off. She had posted a photograph on Instagram, and soon the detractors were at it, calling her “manly” and “malnourished”. The Vaani of 2017 would have probably ignored it. (“It’s the best thing to do, no?”, she had said at the time.) But today, silence is not on the menu and Vaani is not afraid to clap back. “Now, I’ve learnt to not get affected or take it personally. Usually, negative comments and getting trolled online feel like too small a thing to care about or get carried away by, but there are moments when you think, ‘You know what, I need to stand up for myself!’. This was one of those times. But I wasn’t spiteful. I just asked this dude not to be so harsh on himself, and that there’s so much more to life, he should really stop reflecting hate.”\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nOn the professional front, too, there is movement. Her recent film with Yash Raj Films (YRF), War—co-starring Hrithik and Tiger Shroff—released in October last year, and, Vaani is now neck-deep working on her next,  Shamshera—opposite Ranbir Kapoor—slotted for later this year. She’s wiser, more experienced, and looking set to break the pattern of doing films few and far between. “There have been some gaps between my films, but that was intentional. I wanted to be a part of good projects, and they took some time coming my way. But I’ve been patient enough not to sell myself short as an artist,” she explains. “I know what kind of films I want to be part of, and the kind of people I want to work with.”\r\n\r\nShe’s just as clear about her associations on the personal front. “I’m very close to my family and some select friends,” she smiles. “I’m fiercely loyal! When it comes to my friends, I take my time, and make only a few, but they mean the world to me, and are like my extended family. I stand by them forever!” Does anyone from the film industry make the cut? “I’m very close to Shanoo [Sharma], the casting director at YRF. Also Hrithik, I am extremely fond of him. He’s been an amazing co-actor...he’s a senior in the industry, a mega star, but he’s been so kind and supportive.” \r\n","type":"story","field_meta_title":null,"field_meta_description":"cosmo, cosmopolitan, cosmo india, cosmopolitan india, cosmo.in, vaani kapoor, bollywood actor, war, hindi film, indian cinema, bollywood 2020, befikre","field_meta_keyword":"cosmo, cosmopolitan, cosmo india, cosmopolitan india, cosmo.in, vaani kapoor, bollywood actor, war, hindi film, indian cinema, bollywood 2020, befikre","image":"https://akm-img-a-in.tosshub.com/sites/cosmo/sites/default/files/2020-02/Cosmo%20x%20Vaani2699%20copy.jpg?Uwl5TTxa0tlzUjCZ_b4PGtSpsgr7t4AZ","field_editory_by":null,"path":"/celebrity/features/a19515/im-fearful-living-fear-vaani-kapoor","created":"04 February 2020 ","time_created":"2020-02-04T15:00:00+05:30","field_section":"Celebrity","field_section_url":"/celebrity","field_content_type":"Features","notes":null,"notes_syn":null,"userData_node":null,"userData":null,"field_first_name":null,"authorpath":null,"userPicUrl":null},{"nid":"19485","title":"“I Generally Gravitate Towards Fresh Scents—And Absolutely Detest Anything Overpowering”: Janhvi Kapoor ","field_dek":"Cosmo caught up with Janhvi K, the Global Ambassador for United Colors of Benetton (UCB) Fragrances, on the scents she can’t get enough of, women she looks up to, and more.\r\n","modified":"2020-01-31 09:23:17","status":"1","field_full_dek":"Cosmo: So, what does beauty mean to you?\r\n\r\nJanhvi Kapoor: “While I feel there’s no one correct definition of beauty, to me, it means being comfortable and confident about who you are.”\r\n\r\n \r\n\r\nC: You’re the Global Ambassador for Benetton Perfumes; what do you like most about their scents? \r\n\r\nJK: “I really like how Benetton has taken their belief in inclusivity and created the United Dreams Together range. Malaika Arora Reveals the One Miracle Yoga Pose She *Swears* By

Find out the 5 ahh-mazing benefits to doing this ONE Asana.

One thing is for sure, Malaika Arora is one of Bollywood's most #FtinessGoals celebrities. The 45 year old actor sure looks great, doesn't she? Malaika, who has an enviable body and fabulous skin, has often spoken about how she credits practicing Yoga (amongst other things) for keeping her physically and mentally fit. Check out some of her Yoga-centric Instagram posts below:

[instagram]https://www.instagram.com/p/B1VbOt2BpjS/?utm_source=ig_embed&utm_campaign=loading[/instagram] [instagram]https://www.instagram.com/p/B150ZAjBSF8/?utm_source=ig_embed&utm_campaign=loading[/instagram]

Doesn't that look  just ahh-mazing? And now, here is Malaika's post doing her variation of the Camatkarasana.

"Speaking of miracles, here is a variation of the Chamatkarasana, which helps us do just this!
5. It cultivates feelings of universal love and acceptance."

...followed by a reminder to inculcate some gratitude.

"Here's my gratitude message for you today, 'May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to that happiness and to that freedom for all.' Hello Universe, Hello new week!"

Brb, working on our core-strength and balance so that we can nail the Camatkarasana and reap some of these fabulous benefits!
