Jennifer Aniston's New Diet Plan Will Shock And Inspire You

Jennifer Aniston may soon be eating nothing but tacos for 30 days straight.

On Thursday, when a journalist interviewing Aniston for Yahoo Food mentioned this year's biggest food fad, the taco cleanse, Aniston became "riveted" and briefly interrupted the interview to google the so-called cleanse.

Based on a new cookbook by four self-proclaimed "taco scientists" from Austin, Texas, the monthlong meal plan involves eating tacos for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The authors say their plan "rewards your body with what it naturally craves" and makes waking up in the morning easier, thanks to "new enthusiasm when you know your day is going to start with a breakfast taco."

Naturally, the health-conscious (and Tex-Mex loving) Aniston had a few questions. "Isn't the corn tortilla, like, not that good for you?" she asked. "And what about the cheese?"

We can't quell her concerns about corn tortillas but, as for the cheese, there is none—the taco cleanse is vegan. Yup, that's right: meat eaters will have to sub in fillings like soy chorizo, "barbacoa mushrooms" and  black beans to stick to this diet.

By the end of the interview, Aniston had hopped on Amazon and purchased the book. She's apparently not the only one who believes she may have found a food regimen she can stick to—"The Taco Cleanse" is currently out of stock.
