With over a bazillion hair tutorials out there, Sophie Choudry took up the challenge of figuring out exactly how helpful are they IRL!
Sophie's Verdict: "I like this updo, and have worn it to a couple of events. It's surprisingly easy to do and works for both day and night (it's also the perfect way to hide a bad hair day). Add more edge to the look by making the quiff higher, and make dry shampoo your BFF."
Get the Look
Step 1: Take a triangular section of hair from the front of your head and tease to create volume.
Step 2: Secure the teased section using bobby pins.
Step 3: Secure the rest of the hair into a high pony. Take a section of hair from the pony and wrap it around the ponytail to hide the elastic.
Step 4: Using the end of the brush, tug at the front section to add height. Smoothen with a hair gloss.
