Prankster James Corden has left J-Lo mortified after firing off a flirty text from her phone to Leonardo DiCaprio. But he's also done women around the world a favour, because now we know what it's like to have text bantz with Leo. So thanks, James.
The Late Late Show host was taking J-Lo for a spin in his car for his latest Carpool Karaoke segment.
After busting out Love Don't Cost A Thing, Big Booty and Jenny from the Block, James asks J-Lo: "Who's the most famous person you've got in your phone?"
The list is no biggie. I mean, who doesn't have digits for Demi Lovato, Chris Brown, Bradley Cooper, Cristiano Ronaldo, Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, Fergie and Iggy Azalea?
James then says what we're all thinking: "This is the best phone I've ever seen in my life". After spotting Leo's number, he starts writing: "Hey Leo," but J-Lo stops him to say she would never call him that. Apparently, "Hey Baby" is way more J-Lo. Smooth.
So James continues the text: "Hey baby, I'm kinda feeling like I need to cut loose, any suggestions? Let me know. J-Lo (you know, from the block)."
Worried J-Lo giggles nervously: "I'm gonna have to explain this."
She doesn't have to wait for long, because after a quick rendition of On The Floor, Leo texts back. It says: "You mean tonight boo boo, club-wise?
YOU READ THAT RIGHT.
Leo called J-Lo boo boo. And he wants her to cut loose club-wise. We imagine this is what he says to all the Victoria Secret models.
J-Lo says: "Here's the funny part. He actually thinks I'm serious."
So now we know what it's like to text boo boo, sorry Leo.
During the segment James also quizzed the 46-year-old singer on the youngest guy she's dated (J-Lo jokes that it's 20 but says she's a "relationship gal".) She also reveals she's been proposed to a whopping five times.
But don't take our word for it, you can see the whole exchange here:
