A fake report went viral that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has died because of an overdose of tranquilizers. She apparently took it post some family strife, according to the post. However, the rumours were put to rest when the Ae Dil Hai Mushkil actor was seen at Manish Malhotra's birthday bash, along with husband Abhishek Bachchan.

2. Yo Yo Honey Singh

The Indian rapper became a victim of death hoax when a picture of him lying on a hospital bed went viral. The image was a still from his music video. Later, Honey Singh took to Twitter to stop the rumours once and for all.
