Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's weight loss transformation is one for the books. The Bollywood actor managed to stun everyone when she lost the post-pregnancy weight and proved that 40s is the new 30s.

Aishwarya kickstarts her day with a glass of warm water with lemon and honey. This is followed by brown bread toasts and oats for breakfast.
For lunch, she eats boiled vegetables, pulses and chapattis.
Dinner usually consists of grilled fish alongwith brown rice.
Other than this, the 43-year-old actor consumes seasonal fresh fruits or dry fruits every two hours.
Her fitness regime includes doing power yoga for at least 45 minutes everyday.
