Jacqueline Fernandez

Sri Lankan actress Jacqueline Fernandez, who is predominantly known for her work in Hindi films- is a former model and the winner of the Miss Universe Sri Lanka pageant of 2006. Born on 11 August, 1985, she debuted with the movie Aladin (2009) and rose to prominence with the psychological thriller Murder 2 (2011), her first commercial success. 

Jacqueline is a popular celebrity endorser for various brands, and has worked as a judge in the ninth season of the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa (2016–2017) as well. She has participated in stage shows, and is active in humanitarian work. For advocating the welfare of animals, she was named "Woman Of The Year" by PETA (India) in 2014. She co-founded her activewear clothing line-up, Just F, in 2018 and is quite active on her social media handles.

With 52.7 million Instagram followers, the actor’s multi-ethnic family includes- father, Eloy Fernandez and mother, Kim. She is the youngest of four children with one elder sister and two elder brothers. Even though she studied mass communication at the University of Sydney in Australia, the Race 2 actor always fantasized about being a Hollywood star when she was younger.
