Katrina Kaif sure knows how to pull off this trend effortlessly. You too can make a statement by wearing florals head to toe, but reserve it for informal occasions. If you want to wear it to work then pare it down by layering it with a neutral jacket. Also, look out for the scale and contrast of the prints, if you are on the heavier side. Smaller prints on a darker backdrop, work well for larger frames.

Bottoms Up!

When you are skeptical of going the whole way, try out the motifs in smaller doses. Take a leaf out of Sonam K Ahuja's book. Skirts or pants with printed motifs or embroidered patterns are good way to infuse some fun to your look.

Say it with a Saree

Nothing screams feminine more than a pretty floral saree. Drape it, add on one statement accessory and slip into your favourite heels to turn a few heads. You can get experimental with how you drape it or simply cinch it at the waist with a belt like Parineeti Chopra. You can also layer it with a plain long or short jacket.

The Long Story

An easy way to jazz up any outfit is to pair it with a long floral shrug or jacket. Pooja Hegde shows us how to do it by pairing i with pants and a cropped top. You can also pair the jacket with your ethnic outfit for a refreshing update.
