1. WHIP UP SOMETHING DELISH!

Since you're in lock-down and can't escape your hubby's questionable cooking, why not learn some yourself? It's probably time for you to open up the 'Cooking Skills 101' book your aunt gave you 5 years ago. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

I love to cook! I love cooking for my family and friends but with my busy schedule, I hardly get time to pursue this passion of mine. But with this self isolation upon us, I thought of utilising this time in a constructive and healthy way by cooking some sumptuous and delicious 'Malabari veg stew for the soul'. I have got this recipe from mom @joycearora and a bit from my friend Maunika @cookinacurry who's a lovely cook. Everyone at home simply loves this stew and we are going to have it with some white rice and some delicious gluten-free, vegan chickpea bread that my friend Raveena @iamayogisattva made for me. 2. ART ATTACK

3. GIVE YOURSELF A MINI MANI & PEDI

Salons are out-of-bounds currently...and the self-care bells are ringing! You don't need no salon to groom yourself anymore. Do not compromise on looking after your nails. A simple at-home manicure and pedicure procedure will do the work.

4. STAY IN TOUCH WITH YOUR 'HOMIES'

Loneliness is real, and at this point in time one can really struggle with feelings of fear, anxiety and loneliness. Despite not being able to hang out with your girl gang in person, you can always hang out virtually! 5. MUSIC FOR THE SOUL

The government-imposed lock-down on gyms and fitness centres has personally hurt the fitness enthusiast. However, the internet comes to your rescue yet again!
