A Healthy, Hearty Noodle Bowl Recipe For Your Weeknight Binge

  • Ingredients: 
120 gms Boiled Noodles
80 gms Coconut Milk Powder
30 ml Oil
15 gms Chopped Onions
15 gms Chopped Garlic
11.5 gms Curry Pwd (Mdh)
15 gms Red Curry Paste
6 gms Fresh Red Chilly
5 gms Chopped spring onion
5 gms Fresh Coriander Chopped
5 gms Turmeric Powder
11.5 ml Fish Sauce
300 ml Water
15 ml Lemon Juice
23 ml Light Soy Sauce
28 gms Sugar
150 gms Sliced Boiled Chicken
10 gms Chopped Brown Onion
10 gms Brown Garlic 
45 gms Crushed Peanut
20 gms Lemon Wedge
10 gms Spring Onion
5 gms Chopped Coriander

  • DIRECTIONS:

1. Put oil in a pan and add the onions, garlic and cook for 1 minute.

2. Next, add the curry powder, turmeric powder and red curry paste to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.

3. Add sugar and fish sauce to the pan and cook for 1 minute. 

4. Following this, add water and coconut powder.

5. Add the blanched chicken in a dish and add lemon juice. Cook for a minute. 

6. Add the boiled noodles in a bowl, add sauce on top of the noodles add garnish with chopped coriander, spring onions, brown garlic, brown onion and fried peanuts.

7. Serve hot with a lemon wedge.
