1. Put oil in a pan and add the onions, garlic and cook for 1 minute.
2. Next, add the curry powder, turmeric powder and red curry paste to the pan and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add sugar and fish sauce to the pan and cook for 1 minute.
4. Following this, add water and coconut powder.
5. Add the blanched chicken in a dish and add lemon juice. Cook for a minute.
6. Add the boiled noodles in a bowl, add sauce on top of the noodles add garnish with chopped coriander, spring onions, brown garlic, brown onion and fried peanuts.
7. Serve hot with a lemon wedge.
