I mean, the iconic episode 4 moment has become so viral that it even got a shout-out from none other than Lady Gaga. Jenna Ortega Wednesday herself choreographed the dance

As if we needed any more reasons to be obsessed with Jenna! In a promo video shared by Netflix last week, Jenna revealed, “I choreographed that myself and I think it’s very obvious that I’m not a dancer or choreographer.” Mind=blown. And her co-stars share a similar sentiment. In the vid, Emma Myers (aka Enid) and Hunter Doohan (aka one of Wednesday's love interests, Tyler) instantly rebutted and expressed how much they enjoyed watching the series' protagonist get down. “I can watch an entire show of just this,” admitted Percy Hynes White, who plays Xavier. Honestly, same.

 

Jenna got major inspo from musicians and other famous faces who have played Wednesday Addams

In a separate tweet, Jenna expressed gratitude for those who inspired the dance, writing, “Thanks to Siouxsie Sioux, Bob Fosse’s Rich Man’s Frug, Lisa Loring, Lene Lovich, Denis Lavant, and archival footage of goths dancing in clubs in the '80s. Helped me out on this one.” (Lisa herself is best known for having played Wednesday at 6 years old on the 1964–1966 sitcom iteration of The Addams Family.)

Because this dance has so! Much! To! Give! TikTok users have started recreating for themselves in a trend set to Lady Gaga's song “Bloody Mary” ...including *the* North West. For her take on the trend, Kim Kardashian's eldest starts off in a clip singing along to “Bloody Mary” before appearing in a sparkly, black-and-white filter and full-on Wednesday-inspired hair and makeup.
