This Viral Pregnancy Photo is Even Cuter After You Add Their Newborns

At eight months pregnant, HIIT trainer and fitness model Chontel Duncan was still rocking a six-pack — but from the moment she found out she was expecting, she always openly acknowledged that not every pregnancy looked like hers.

Case in point, Chontel posted a gorgeous photo last fall touching bellies with her fellow pregnant friend to prove just how different healthy pregnancies can look. As the caption explained, the two were merely four weeks apart in due date, and just because their bodies looked different "doesn't mean one [was] doing something wrong or not healthy." The photo was quick to go viral — and now that both have given birth, the two decided to recreate it.

"Had a lovely surprise visit from Nat & baby Charlie," the caption reads. "Two healthy incredible pregnancies & now two healthy baby boys."

To date, her post has already received over 18,000 likes — and it's easy to see why. It's awesome to see a fitness guru spread such a super body-positive and important message for mothers everywhere, and even more amazing to see definitive proof that women's bodies of all shapes and sizes are capable of such incredible things.
