3) Consuming alcohol right after the gym

Drinking alcohol immediately after the workout will ruin all your hard work in gym. It will dehydrate your body and slow down muscle recovery. If you really feel like taking up alcohol right after the gym then wait for at least 30 minutes.

4) You don't change your gym clothes

Your gym outfit might be the most comfy but you need to change into clean clothes. Your gym leggings might retain sweat which can lead to yeast infections if you don't change it right after the gym.

5) Not getting enough sleep

Being sleep deprived can be one the biggest reasons that you're not getting results in gym. One should always take 7-8 hours of sleep per day. A good sleep is a must after an intense workout.
