#NotInMyName Campaign Takes Over Twitter to Show That Terrorism has No Religion

"This is not Islam and these attackers do not follow the beliefs of any religion. The ideology of terrorists is hate."

Following the horrific attacks in Paris, which killed more than 130 people, people all over the world used various social media sites to show their support and solidarity in the face of terror in Paris.

This also triggered the revival of #NotInMyName and Muslims from around the world took to Twitter to express their anger and hatred for the extremist message perpetuated by the Islamic State and with #NotInMyName show that their violent and radical ideologies contradict the true message of Islam.
