​Meet Rohini Iyer, founder, Raindrop Media Management

A media-management mogul to be reckoned with, Rohini started off as a film journalist because she loved movies and writing. And from writing about the biggest celebs in the business, she soon became their professional lifeline. "I decided to start my own celebrity media management company because I hated fixed schedules and routines. I love unpredictability," she says. 

The go-to girl for industry biggies like Salman Khan, Akshay Kumar, Ranbir Kapoor, Priyanka Chopra, Kangana Ranaut, Katrina Kaif (we could go on ad nauseam), people wonder how  she handles so many superstars, but "it works because I see them as people with crazy pressure, who don't have the luxuryof having a bad day. Their pressure levels put mine into perspective," she says. "I love the adrenaline high my job gives me," adding that she's basically 'on' all the time. "I never switch off from life. My mind is always ticking. As they say, do what you love and you'll never have to work a day in your life."​
