Men Read Their Female Colleagues' Work Thoughts in Powerful, Upsetting Video

Advertising agency TBWA had some of its male staffers read aloud some thoughts their female counterparts have had at work. The quotes they read were submitted anonymously and though they came from women solely in advertising, they are representative of problems working women everywhere face.

Seriously, it's a heavy two-minute reminder of how (consciously and subconsciously!) sexist workplaces can be. "When I told my former boss I was going to have a baby, he said,  'But your career was going so well,'" one man reads. The comments get worse and worse.

Several women submitted quotes about feeling the need to be "tough" at work and how any display of emotion makes them "weak."

Many more explain their performances are constantly doubted because of the way they look.

Watch the video above. Let it make you mad! This is something worth getting mad about, guys.
