'T-Rex Hands' is the New Instagram Craze You're Probably Already Guilty of Doing

First came 'squinching', then it was all about the 'fish gape' pout but now there's a new pose to master on instagram and it's being dubbed: 'T-Rex hands.'

Sounds weird, but stay with us.

Everyone from Kylie Jenner to Jourdan Dunn are guilty of doing it, and it basically solves that awkward 'what should I do with my other hand' when taking a selfie.

Look, here it is in action:

Although it seems like every celeb on instagram has already mastered the art of the claw pose - it was actually beauty blogger Queen, Huda Kattan who first officially gave 'T-Rex hands' its name.

"If you zoom out and you do it to both hands, you look like kind of like a T-Rex" Huda said in a Youtube vlog.

She's right, it really does make your hands look a bit dinosaur claw-ish. That, or we reckon it should've been called the 'Chandler Bing claw'.

Better be getting that manicure on fleek.
