1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese1 tsp. garlic powder1/2 tsp. turmeric1/2 tsp. salt8 small cauliflower florets, stems trimmed3 tbsp. olive oil
1. On large rimmed baking sheet, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, turmeric and salt.2. Roast in 475°F oven 25 to 30 minutes or until browned and tender. Serve immediately.
