In a series of interviews, he talks about his fitness secrets, favourite exercise moves and why that little thing called 'HIIT' is the by far the best and most effective way to workout.

In our third interview, the man behind Lean in 15 shares his three key moves for shaping legs this summer.

Walking Lunges Start: Holding two dumbbells in your hands or two kettle bells Then: Take really big steps and lunge as low as you can Repeat: Start by doing 10 times, building up to be able to do the exercise for a minute

Sumo Squats Start: Get a barbell either behind your shoulders or just holding a weight in between your legs, like a kettle bell, and make you're stood in a wide stance with your feet far apart. Then: Bend your knees; drop down, and as your stand up really tall squeeze your bum to work your glutes. Repeat: Start by doing 10 times, building up to be able to do the exercise for a minute

Single Leg Box Step Up Start: Hold a dumbbell, either a five or 10 kilogram. Then: Step up high onto the box and drive your knee up as far as you can. Repeat: Start by doing 10 on each leg, building up to be able to do the exercise for a minute
