The Official Bond Theme Song Is Here!

​When everybody gets all excited about a Bond film on the rise, the two announcements people get baited-breath syndrome about are: who's going to be the Bond girl, and who's going to be doing the Bond theme.

When we were given a more-than-satisfactory answer on the first frontier (one gorgeous Monica Belluci and a stunning Lea Seydoux—check), the second remained open-ended—and the uh-mazing Writing On The Wall by Sam Smith just sealed that nerve-wrecker right up.

The song, hauntingly slow and sedate, has that same, ethereal quality that all Bond themes tend to have, but this one literally (and we do mean literally) gave us goosebumps, it was so good!  Add to the great melody an interspersion of some totally hot up-against-the-wall clips with Daniel Craig and Monica Belluci, and the video is total gold. Is anyone else totally kicked out the film especially now?
