So We All Know What Happiness Looks Like on the Outside…

​We love gifs, right…and I for one am crazayy about them (and NO I'm not exaggerating!). So when I came across this one a few days ago on imgur.com, befuddled by the explanation, I just had to share it. This gif explains what happiness actually looks like inside the brain. Do we have your attention now?

"This is what happiness really looks like: molecules of the protein myosin drag a ball of endorphins along an active filament into the inner part of the brain's parietal cortex, which produces feelings of happiness." (sic)

While we were thrilled to see that the colour of happiness is actually green, science geeks on the forum have a divided opinion about what this gif actually symbolizes. Whatever it is, the cute li'l orange thing with legs carrying the weight of happiness is warming our hearts!
