Dietary guidelines are always complicated AF — click here to read them if you want to ? or ?​ — I've pulled out six takeaways that are the most relevant to you so you can eat all the right things ... at least for the next five years.

1. The more you move, the more you get to eat.

2. Eat a variety of foods from the most important food groups every day.
