Valentine's Day is all fun and games 'til a douchelord breaks your heart and everything sucks. For those in that position this mid-February, meet Yolanda of How To Cake It. She's created a red velvet and chocolate ganache human heart cake and it rocks.

Though the ingredients are the same as any other red velvet cake you might make, you've gotta work a little harder to realize this beautiful, poetic monster. Not to worry! Yolanda walks you every step of the cardiac way.
