Jason deCaires Taylor's latest art installation, titled 'The Raft of Lampedusa', lies 46 feet under water, off the coast of Spain's Canary Islands, depicting the arrival of refugees into Europe via water and the frequent fatalities that result through this.

Created for an underwater museum called Museo Atlantico, the artist doesn't want this to be a memorial or a tribute of any sort. It has been made as a reminder for the whole world of our responsibilities.
