Priyanka Chopra is known to have one of the best bodies in Bollywood, but it takes a ton of hard-work,dedication and determination to achieve the body she has. Besides hitting the gym, she is quite particular about her diet, which is the secret to her smoking body. ​

Priyanka follows a simple, balanced diet. To remain energized and keep her metabolism rate high, she eats something every two hours - small, spaced out meals are key.

Breakfast : 2 egg whites or oatmeal with a glass of skimmed milk. 

Lunch : dal, veggies and two roti's with salad. 

Snack : Sprout salad or Turkey sandwich. 

Dinner : soup followed by grilled chicken or fish along with some sautéed ​veggies. 

PeeCee also has a glass of coconut water with a handful of  nuts every two hours. She's a big foodie and has a sweet tooth, so on weekends she allows herself to indulge in desserts and tandoori food. Priyanka avoids fried food at all costs and makes sure to include a ton of vegetables and fruits in her meal-plans to get all the necessary proteins and minerals.
