Here's Where You'll Find the Best AntiPasti in the City

​If you're looking for Italian that'll be the perfect lining cuisine for a Friday night dinner date, you're in luck. Jamie's Italian, Vasant Kunj is an absolute delight for the pizza-pasta fetishist, and if it's antipasti you're after, this is your Mecca.

We recommend you start the night with a classic Bellini, or a frozen Strawberry Margherita (though the sangria is definitely worth it if you're a proper vino).

To supplement, an elegant platter with exotic, authentically Italian treats (think marinated olives and risotto balls, with scoops of fresh mozzarella drizzled with olive oil).

Our favourite? The flash fried prawns (just the subtlest tint of lemon and chilli—delectable).

For the mains, the Gennaro's Chicklen Primavera is a real treat, as is the sea bass (infused with most lovely, herb-y flavours). But a pizza is an absolute must (the Chicken Pizzaiola did well by us).

Lastly, dessert is a tricky decision—so get a mix. You'll find yourself ODing on the cheesecake and the Plum and Almond tart the most. You're guaranteed to be unable to move in the BEST way possible.
