Spinning while pregnant is a great way to maintain healthy weight gain, while instantly boosting your mood. You can go at your own pace while in class, but be sure to let the instructor know that you are preggers! 

3) Zumba

If you want to bust a move, even while being pregnant, why not try a low impact Zumba class? Be sure to get the stamp of approval from your doctor and once you are in the clear, go out and have a blast, while getting a great workout! 

4) Pilates

Just like yoga, prenatal pilates is a great workout with low impact. Pilates helps improve flexibility and balance while strengthening your core muscles. 

5) Water Aerobics

Water aerobics is an amazing workout that is easy on the joints, but still challenging enough to break a sweat (even under water!). Water aerobics allows you to perform exercises under water that you would not be able to perform on land, which can feel super rewarding.
