Hair fall has become a seriously common problem. Thanks to pollution, hard water, and unhealthy lifestyles, most of us follow a morning ritual of worrying about the amount of hair coming off on our brushes and hands. And there seems to be no one, good solution to help maintain your locks. But the truth is — there is no one, magical solution. It's all about maintaining a healthy diet and pampering your hair once in a while. It's been proven that what we eat really affects the condition of our hair, so we need to pay extra attention to what we're putting in our body. 

After much research (and pulling our hair out), we found some amazing foods that actually help the growth of hair and restrict hair fall. And the best part? They were all right there, in our kitchens!

3. Avocado:

4. Nuts:
