Sure, there's a surplus of celebrity facialists out there, but a quick look at Shani Darden's list of regular clients is enough to let you know she's the sh*t.

The LA-based facialist has laid her hands on some of the most supreme skins in Hollywood, including Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Chrissy Teigen and Jessica Alba.

In fact, she is so sought after, she had to stop seeing new clients a couple of years ago. If that's not testament to her skillz, we don't know what is, tbh.

Sadly, taking a trip to Shani's salon isn't really an option (fancy forking out for our plane ticket!?), so the next best thing is memorising her regime so we can DIO (do it ourself).

After getting Shani in for their latest episode of Go To Bed With Me, the heroes over at Harpers Bazaar US got all the deets. And, before you roll your eyes at the prospect of a profoundly pricy set of products, know that her first step comes courtesy of Garnier - so yeah, you're good...

Micellar Water

"Garnier's Micellar Water Facial Cleanser Sensitive Skin is great because you can use it for any skin type, it's really great at removing your makeup," she says. "I use it on my eye area, and you want to make sure you're not pulling the area, you want to be really gentle."

"Compared to a wipe, you're really able to get everything off and this one is great because there's no oil so it's not going to cause congestion."

Cleanser

"Next I'm going to use my Daily Cleansing Serum. This is a super gentle cleanser, its really great for inflammation, it calms the skin. I like to use gauze because it gently exfoliates the skin. Also, I like to make sure I'm removing everything and gauze is a good way to do that because you can see it all coming off."

Toner

"After I cleanse I'm going to pat my skin dry and then I'm going to use my Daily Toning Essence which is honestly one of my fave prods. It helps to reduce oil production. I only use this at night, it brightens your skin and makes sure you're removing everything."

Retinol

"Retinol Reform is the first product I developed. It contains retinol and lactic acid which exfoliates the skin. It's great for fine lines, wrinkles, boosting collagen and helps with acne and pigmentation. It's something I can't live without and I use almost every night."

Liquid exfoliator

"When I'm not using a retinol I exfoliate once a week. I use the Dr Dennis Gross Peel Pads, these are great because they have glycolic, salicylic and lactic acid. Its a chemical exfoliant, it sloughs away dead skin and brightens. This is extra strength, but there's also original strength. I exfoliate once or twice a week - it depends on your skin."

Eye cream

"IS Clinical Youth Eye Cream is by far one of my fave eye creams and I've tried them all. It's filled with peptides, it's super hydrating - even after using it for a week it helps with fine lines, wrinkles and brightens the area."

Serum

"A hyaluronic acid serum by Dr Nigma, it's called Hydrating and Plumping Serum Number 1. Super hydrating and oil free, I use this when I'm feeling a little dry before my moisturiser - sometimes I use it alone. It plumps the skin."

Moisturiser

"A Daily Oil Free Moisturiser, it won't cause any congestion at all. It's super calming, has vitamin E and is a really lightweight moisturiser."

Supplements

The final thing she swears by are skincare supplements from Lumity. "I take three pills in the morning and three at night. They have everything in them: omegas, all the nutrients, all the antioxidants you need. It's great for your hair, skin and nails. I've been using these for about a year and I can't even tell you the difference it's made to my skin."
