From a Beach House to a Plush Apartment, Step Inside the Luxurious Properties Salman Khan Owns

Salman Khan has reportedly purchased a 100-acre property in Gorai, a village at Dharavi Bhet in Mumbai. The sprawling beach house that the actor bought himself for his 51st birthday boasts a fully equipped gym, a swimming pool, as well as a movie theater. It is believed that the property also consists of a dirt bike area for the fitness enthusiast and his friends. "Salman plans to construct farmhouses like these all over north-eastern Maharashtra. He is extensively investing in properties in Gorai and Manori and often goes there by boat from the jetty at Madh island. His real estate purchases in Gorai have sparked the interest of other Bollywood celebrities as well, who are looking to invest in islands located on the Salsette and Bhet coastal regions," revealed a source.

Reportedly, the actor has also purchased a 27-crore triplex flat in Mumbai's star-studded Bandra neighbourhood. Up until mid-may of last year, the property was under construction. Sources suggest that Sanjay Dutt has also invested in a similar apartment in the same building. "Salman Khan is very close to the builder and has purchased the top floor of the building facing the sea. It is a 4BHK property. The actor will have his swimming pool on the top floor, the party hall and pool table in the middle floor, and the lower floor will be the living area," revealed a source.

During the first wave of coronavirus, Salman Khan was quarantining at his farmhouse in Panvel, a city in Navi Mumbai's Raigad district of Maharashtra. Reportedly, the 150-acre property consists of a fully-equipped gym, a swimming pool, an expansive living room, a wooden patio, and a lot more. Salman Khan reportedly owns a swanky apartment in Dubai, which also happens to be one of his favourite cities in the world. The apartment is located in The Address Downtown near the Burj Khalifa, which makes the property particularly luxurious.

For the past many years, Salman Khan has been living with his parents at Galaxy Apartments in Bandra West, Mumbai. On birthdays, festivals, and other prominent occasions, there are often hundreds of fans waiting to catch a glimpse of the actor at his home. While his parents live on the first floor of the apartment, Salman Khan has occupied the ground floor of the property.
