It’s really interesting how she sets goals and keeps stepping up her fitness levels. Here’s what you can learn from her.

1. Step outdoors to stay motivated 

Working out at the gym or at home can get boring on some days. So shake things up, instead of that cardio session, hit the road…go for a run. The plus side you get to appreciate nature.

2. Get done with your workout early in the morning

We have the highest energy levels in the morning, so it makes sense to put it to good use. Also, as the day progresses, last minute tasks might come up which means you may end up skipping your workout. So get the sweat session out of the way in the morning. 

3. Stay hydrated

Experts have stressed enough on the importance of drinking water. If you are working out and following a calorie deficit diet and still not shedding weight, then insufficient water is the most likely culprit. Water is vital for the smooth functioning of the body and due to the lack of consumption, the body may also start storing water leading to bloating. In short, insufficient water intake can result in a slow metabolism.

4. Follow a sustainable diet

For the best results you need to supplement your workout with a good and feasible diet plan. Crash dieting doesn’t work as you can’t stick to it in the long run. Speak to a nutritionist and chalk out a plan that works for your body type and lifestyle. 

5. Workout even while travelling

Th key to staying fit is being consistent and Tapsee knows this well. When travelling she tries to pack in a good run, brisk walking or any other activity that would let her burn calories.
