Inside Khushi Kapoor's 21st Birthday Bash At Janhvi Kapoor's New House in Mumbai
The intimate soirée reportedly took place at the rooftop of Janhvi Kapoor's new residence, with the Kapoor sisters' close friends in attendance.
On Friday, one of the younger members of the Kapoor clan, Khushi Kapoor, turned 21. The diva, who is the daughter of Indian producer Boney Kapoor and late Sridevi, hosted an intimate birthday bash at her sister Janhvi Kapoor's new Mumbai residence. The sister duo took to Instagram to share glimpses of the 'pretty pink' rooftop soirée that took place in the company of their closest friends.
While Khushi Kapoor donned a blush pink corset dress for her birthday gala, Janhvi Kapoor complemented her in a hot pink body con dress, with her hair pulled back in a tight ponytail. Khushi's closest friends, including fashion influencer Muskan Chanana and Aaliyah Kashyap—daughter of filmmaker Anurag Kashyap—were also present at the party. Janhvi Kapoor's rumoured ex-beau, Akshat Rajan, and Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl director, Sharan Sharma, were also spotted at the sundowner. Reportedly, Ahan Shetty and Bhumi Pednekar were also present at the event.

Like her late mother, and sister, Khushi too intends on pursuing a career in Bollywood. In an interview, Boney Kapoor revealed that Khushi is interested in acting and will be making her film debut shortly. "I have the resources, but I would rather have someone else launch her because I am her father and one tends to get indulgent. You can’t afford to do that as a filmmaker and nor is it good for the actor. I would want Khushi to find her own footing. She will be launched by someone I respect and someone I feel secure and safe about," he said.
Speculations also suggest that Khushi will be making her OTT debut alongside Agastya Nanda and Suhana Khan in Zoya Akhtar's upcoming digital venture, based on the international comic book 'Archie'. On the other hand, Janhvi Kapoor will next be seen in Dostana 2, Good Luck Jerry, and Tamil-language action-thriller film, Valimai.
