In sharp contrast to many other celebs, who try to hide their babies from the media.

Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput recently welcomed another member to their family, a "gloriously good-looking" (in the words of his grandmother) baby boy, who they named Zain.

The couple already have a beautiful daughter, Misha, who turned two years old last month. Misha is a popular celebrity kid with the shutterbugs, and they leave no opportunity to click her every time they spot her.

In conversation with DNA, Shahid Kapoor talked about this crazy, not to mention invasive, social media culture that exists today because of which he refrained from protecting his child from the prying eyes of the media.

"If I don't post the pictures of Misha, somebody will click her and that is my reality. I wish I could draw a line... I would have drawn it long back. People should draw a line. Children, when they are in natural spaces, they should not be made so conscious of themselves. It is part of my job and I know what comes with it. I am doing my best to find comfort with it."

Shahid prefers to let his fans be acquainted with his daughter through his social media, so that the mystery around her doesn't sabotage Misha's personal space. Which makes perfect sense, actually. No privacy is one of the biggest cons of being a celebrity, but Shahid's logic has a point. Which is why the actor even bought a new residential property, which is better suited to meet these needs, quite recently.

Meanwhile, feast your eyes on these adorable pictures of this doting dad bonding with his li'l princess, which he posted on his 'gram.
