Lilly Singh aka 'iiSuperwomanii' is an Indo-Canadian comedian, singer and one of YouTube's biggest sensations. She has built an impressive empire and we are obsessed with her. Her videos are fun, liberating, and not-to-mention downright humorous. She discovered YouTube as a career option very early in life, and from there, she never looked back.

With a following of a whopping 12,529,542 subscribers and counting, she has fans all over the world and is truly doing India proud. Her collaboration video with Priyanka Chopra was definitely worth a watch, and one can load up on their daily dose of humour by simply following her.

But obviously, the Internet seems to have adopted a new pastime now—shaming and judging celebs (with full authority BTW). Just because their job is to entertain their fans, this self-declared 'moral police' starts assuming that they are entitled to pass lewd comments or issue directives to them to adhere to a certain protocol, which is so uncool. From Bollywood actors like Priyanka Chopra, Deepika Padukone, Fatima Sana Sheikh, Esha Gupta to—latest to join the bandwagon—Lilly Singh was slut-shamed for apparently "exposing too much skin for hits" on one of her Instagram posts.

Some of the comments that were passed were:

So, in the true 'Bawse' mode that she always channels, Lilly gave a savage AF response to haters in another Instagram post, explaining why nobody can dictate her how she should carry herself. "I think I look cute and if you disagree, feel free to dress differently," she ended it with.

Our iiSuperwomanii is well known for her epic clap-backs to haters, and all those who have tried to demean her or put her down. Remember that video (directed at sexist men) who think a woman's place is only in the kitchen, where Lilly teaches those misogynistic men how to make a sandwich?

Her attitude is to die for, and we simply adore her for inspiring and empowering women and men around the world with her videos that beautifully highlight her talent as a born-comedian. #YouGoGirl
