Winnie Harlow might have model looks, but it's her empowering, badass, and self-loving attitude towards her body fans love most.
On Wednesday, she posted a stunning pic of herself in a nude thong that proudly showed off her skin condition, vitiligo, while taking a powerful stance in front of a mirror.
She captioned the photo, "The real difference isn't my skin. It's the fact that I don't find my beauty in the opinions of others. I'm beautiful because I know it. Celebrate your unique beauty today (& everyday)!"

Winnie was first diagnosed with vitiligo — a condition where patches of pigment-producing skin cells stop working — when she was four, and recently opened up about the bullying she endured as a child. She explained: "Kids called me a cow and mooed at me. I remember sitting by my window wishing upon the stars that [it] would go away."

Now that she's come to terms with her condition, pics like this one help others see themselves in a new light, but Winnie's still not necessarily comfortable with the term "role model." She told ELLE Canada, "I feel like I am an inspiration. That's the word I prefer."
Go, girl!
