5 Astrological Hacks to Put You in a Better Mood

Using numerology and Vastu, astro-numerologist Sidhharrth S Kumaar of NumroVani shares how you can feel more positive in the pandemic era.

As the Coronavirus pandemic rages on, mental health issues are at an all-time high. During such unprecedented times, healthcare experts are reporting a marked increase in cases of extreme stress, anxiety and depression.

However, staying calm and finding your inner zen is the only way to tide over a crisis such as this. Astro-numerologist Sidhharrth S Kumaar, founder of NumroVani agrees. He says, "The second wave of COVID-19 has brought with it an influx of negativity and hopelessness around. These are testing times for everyone, especially those who have fought the battle against COVID-19 or have lost their loved ones in this enraging battle. However, there are ways that you can calm your mind and prevent Coronavirus related negativity in your lives."

While wearing a mask, maintaining social distancing and sanitization are your primary weapons in this fight, he adds that numerology and astrology can also bring in significant changes in your lives. Sidhharrth shares five ways you can channel the healing energies of the universe:

Bless your home

Sidhharrth says, "You can make a Swastika with red vermilion (sindoor) at the entrance of your home. Make sure that the Swastika is made exactly at the centre of the main entrance of the house. Amp up the hygiene of your home by cleaning the surfaces with rock salt mixed water at least once a week."

Practice numerology

He also suggests writing the numbers mentioned below with a blue pen on your left palm. Ensure that you retain the spaces between numbers while penning these down:

"You can also write the numbers mentioned below with a blue pen and paste them on a transparent water bottle. Keep the numbers side towards the bottle surface while retaining the spaces between numbers," he says.

Music therapy

He also advises listening to music on your headphones to feel more positive. Here are his suggestions:

o   Listen to music at 741 Hz for 24 mins thrice a day
o   Listen to music at 852 Hz for 15 mins once a day
o   To prevent Covid-19 from infecting your home
o   Listen to music at 528 Hz every day for 10-15 mins. 

Chant mantras

o   Chant or listen to Navarna Mantra daily
o   If someone from the family is severely unwell due to COVID-19 you can chant Kunjitha Padam Saranam or Mahamrityunjay Mantra.

Feel-good mudra

o   Patients can practice Udana Vayu Mudra for six minutes three times a day to feel better.
o   Practice Anulom-Vilom daily for physical and mental benefits.
