So you know when you're swiping continuously on Tinderand keep coming across men/women/lads/lasses/labradoodles that just so aren't right for you?
Well the dating app knows sometimes it can be difficult to find the right match for yourself, which is why they've introduced a new 'Share' function - which allows you to send a profile that you come across to a friend if you think they might be a better match. Sounds a little bit creepy, no?
So the way it works is by adding a 'Recommend' function, which means when you come across a profile you think might be perfect for Sally-from-spin-class, all you have to do is click "Recommend xxxxx to a friend" - and you can send a link of the person's profile to her directly.
An automated message for Sally then pops up which reads: 'I found a boy for you. Get on Tinder and let me know what you think :)', followed by a link to the guy you recommended's Tinder profile.
In some respects, this could be great - because it offers friends the chance to play matchmaker for each other and potentially help each other find love. On the other hand, this seems a little creepy - because your profile could be shared 1,000 of times amongst 1,000 of people without you even knowing it.
