Buy a chicken breast and ask for it to be split open and pounded to 1/4-inch thickness. Once you've seasoned the bird with salt and pepper, dredge it in flour, dip it in egg batter, dress in bread crumbs and heat on a skillet (medium heat). Finally, garnish with a mix of your favourite veggies and caper-butter sauce (boil crushed capers, lemon juice, salt and pepper with butter until the mixture deliciously thick)!
You're going to need chorizo (crumbled and sautéed with white onions in olive oil), slider buns, arugula, and garlic mayonnaise. Toast and butter the bread before you assemble this crowd-pleaser. Pair with a shot of beer!
Assemble cubes of watermelon and feta on a plate. Spread rocket lettuce intermittently, and dress it up with a mix of olive oil, white Balsamic, mustard dijon, mustard cress, salt, and pepper. Accessorise with candied walnuts!
To ace this party favourite, start by smearing pizza sauce on a base. Then, top with mozzarella, feta, and an exotic mix of veggies (the chef used mushroom, red and yellow peppers and spinach). Pop it into the oven for about 5-8 minutes at 280 degrees. Cut into slices, and garnish with rocket, basil pesto, and parmesan.
