The next-gen treatments you need to try

The truth is, not all of us are born with flawless skin that needs nothing but a two-step skincare routine for it to glow—that's where elaborate skincare product comes in. But sometimes, when even they fail, next-gen treatments step in to get the job done and give us smooth, glowing skin. Ahead, discover the latest facials, contouring, and more.

AgeLess Red Carpet Glowlift Face Ironing Facial

A combination of two of the most buzz-worthy technologies in the biz— Lumecca and Forma—the AgeLess Red Carpet Glowlift Face Ironing Facial is perfect for those who want firmer, clearer, brighter skin. Loved by Hollywood A-listers like Chrissy Teigen, Emma Roberts, Shay Mitchell and Kourtney Kardashian Barker, among many others, for its ability to give one an instant facelift. “One session of the same can stimulate blood flow, boost collagen production, and brighten dull, lifeless skin, awarding you with a refreshed glow,” says Dr Harshna Bijlani, Medical Head at The AgeLess Clinic.

It starts at Rs. 8,999 and can go up to Rs. 13,000

Pink-Ageing Treatment

A patented technology, this revolutionary K-Beauty treatment stimulates the fibroblast cells—which are the basic structural framework of the tissues. Available exclusively at ISAAC Luxe, Dr Geetika Mittal Gupta, Medical Director, explains, “In this procedure, 56 active ingredients are combined in a potent cocktail serum that enhances and rejuvenates the skin. It has ingredients such as glutathione, Vitamin B12, growth factors, enzymes, adenosine A2 receptors, amino acids, hyaluronic acid, and six kinds of peptides that are blended together and infused directly into the skin through microneedles, which help regenerate damaged and dead tissues, eliminate free radicals, brighten the complexion, reduce pigmentation, and replenish the skin’s barriers.” The best part is that this procedure doesn’t require any numbing, and there is little to no downtime post-treatment. Depending on your skin’s condition, the dermat will recommend the number of sessions you require, and the results start showing up in about two to three sessions.
It starts at Rs. 15,000

ULTIMA Facial

If you are looking for state-of-the-art technology to treat acne and acne scars, fine lines and wrinkles, stretch marks and more, then consider the ULTIMA Facial. “This advanced, microneedling technology glides over the skin, creating 1920 micro-channels, which help topical nutrients penetrate 80 percent deeper into the skin. ULTIMA is proven to be upto 104 percent faster than any other microneedling device, and treats skin with minimum pain and no epidermal tearing,” explains Dr Kiran Kaur Sethi, dermatologist, wellness expert, and Director at Isya Aesthetics. The facial leads to deeper and better penetration of products, while the ‘micro-injury’ triggers a natural process of repair, therefore, increasing collagen production and elasticity. The ULTIMA facial takes about 30 minutes, and requires four to six sessions (a session a month) to see better texture, improved open pores, faded fine lines, and lightened scars.
It starts at Rs. 16,900 (for face)

P3 Treatment

This treatment is a combination of three non-surgical and minimally- invasive cosmetic procedures— including the IPL Therapy, Morpheus 8 (microneedling with RF technology), and PRP Treatment. Designed by Dr Geetika to tackle various skin concerns in a single procedure, the PE Treatment helps “rejuvenate, remodel, and re-furnish the skin”. It targets signs of ageing and smoothens the texture and tone of the skin. A swift, cosmetically-effective treatment, it also targets hyperpigmentation and lightens dark patches, treats acne marks, and leaves skin plump and smooth.
It starts at  Rs. 45,000

Kosmo Oxy Brit Facial

A signature treatment at Kosmoderma, helmed by Dr Chytra V Anand, this facial is suitable for all skin types (except for those with active acne). “The procedure starts with a deep- cleanse using carbon gas and salt crystals, followed by uniform thermal heating of the skin’s layers to improve blood circulation and open the lymphatic channels. Once the skin has been stimulated thermally, a personalised infusion is used based on the skin type to detox or clarify acne skin or rejuvenate dull skin or brighten the face for an occasion,” says Dr Chytra. The infusions—which include active ingredients like hyaluronic acid, retinol, kojic acid, Vitamins C and B, lactic acid, chamomile, among others—pass through the skin’s natural barrier to work on living cells. Post infusion, deeper skin cells are activated using multi-polar radio frequency waves that stimulate the tissues leading to an immediate lifting and tightening effect. The last step involves a ‘sealing’ hydro-gel mask to cool the skin. Dr Chytra says that the results are visible after just one session.

Emsculpt NEO

If you have been wanting to shed a few extra kilos without much effort, try Emsculpt NEO—it’s probably why so many celebrities across the world love this treatment. “Emsculpt NEO is one of the most advanced body contouring treatments available currently as it offers the benefits of two body sculpting procedures in one. It can simultaneously reduce fat and build muscle in one session using High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic Technology (HIFEM) and Radio frequency (RF),” Dr Geetika tells Cosmo. The FDA-approved device works by rapidly heating muscles to a high temperature utilising RF technology, thus prepping the muscles for stress. Simultaneously, the HIFEM causes muscles to contract multiple times, resulting in toned muscles and a significant fat reduction. “During the procedure, the fat cells are heated at around 42°C - 43°C, which leads to ‘apoptosis’, or the controlled death of said fat cells. You may experience powerful muscle contractions and a hot sensation in the treated area. This procedure helps permanently remove fat cells from the body,” adds Dr Geetika. It is great for those who crave immediate results—one can witness a 30 percent reduction of fat in the treated area. The treatment has anti-ageing benefits since it builds muscle and restores lost volume. While the treatment promises lasting results, Dr Geetika recommends maintaining a healthy and active lifestyle is a must in order to retain the results.

It starts at Rs. 75,000 per session

AgeLess Bodywave Contouring

This procedure uses ONDA by Deka, a state-of-the-art device with patented Coolwaves Technology to reduce, remodel and regenerate body contours, non-invasively. ONDA is the world’s only body-shaping device to use revolutionary Coolwaves, microwave-based technology. It works with microwaves that target fat cells and reduces them using an advanced cooling system that counterbalances the heat. Dr Harshna explains, “This treatment dissolves fat deposits by penetrating deep into the skin tissue, bypassing the uppermost layers to directly target and demolish the cell membranes of subcutaneous adipose cells. Once the fat deposits are dissolved, the lysate (the fluid containing the broken-down fat cells) is eliminated by natural cellular metabolism (lipolysis).”
It starts at Rs. 8,399 [costs vary as per the body part]
