Paris Hilton just got a full Barbie fringe and it’s such a major hair transformation

Did you know that when Aqua sang 'Come on, Barbie, let's go party' circa 2002, they were actually referring to Paris Hilton at her very own House Of Y2K collaborative launch with Klarna? OK, not quite, but the look—including 'fit and hairstyle—worn at the party over last weekend very much gave 'you're my doll, rock'n'roll, feel the glamour in pink', minus the 'kiss me here, touch me there, hanky panky'...

Stepping out of the Barbie world and into Hilton hills, Paris made a star-studded entrance to her very own pop-up event. Everyone from her mother, Kathy, to TikTok sensation, Dylan Mulvaney and even our fave 'momager', Kris Jenner, were in attendance but what stole the show was Paris' very own locks.

The icon's hairstylist, Eduardo Ponce took to Instagram to share his work, writing: "Fresh cut on @parishilton", in the caption of his post. Take a look at said cut below:

As we can see—like Julia Garner—Paris has also jumped onto the fringe cut trend with her own look that sits just at brow length. And not only that, but she's also sporting the oh-so-popular 'ghost layers'.

Now, for those who don't know, ghost layers are a style that you can't actually see, hence the name – erm, hello?! As Paris' 'do demonstrates, this, in turn, gives the hair the look of added thickness and movement, without needing to sacrifice your precious inches. So, it's the perfect style for a subtle mid-season refresh.
