If you are going to be in the sun for long periods of time, it is very important to protect your skin. The rays from the sun are extremely harmful and can cause wrinkles, spots, discolouration and worse of all...skin cancer. Here are 5 easy ways to keep your skin safe as you are exposed to the sun!

SunblockWear a sunscreen with a minimum of SPF 15 each time you are going out in the sun. Be sure to cover all areas that are exposed to the sun with sunblock. Doing so will help to filter out the UVB rays from the sun.
