Alia Bhatt Shares an Unseen Photograph With Ranbir Kapoor on His Birthday, Calls Him "My Life"

Ahead of his 39th birthday, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt jetted off to Jodhpur, reportedly, to scout for wedding venues. As the Rockstar actor celebrates 39 years today, birthday wishes have been pouring in, with co-actors and fans showering love upon one of their favourite members of the Kapoor family. From cousin Kareena Kapoor Khan to colleague Arjun Kapoor, industry peeps have been taking to Instagram to wish Ranbir—who himself isn't on social media! 

Why has the actor strayed away from social media, you ask? Here's why: "I am not on social media not just because it's not easy, but because I am already on a platform where I have to engage with the audience. Now, I can’t put myself on another platform where I won’t be interested. I feel I am a little shy. I don’t think I can use social media but I do enjoy watching it. So that’s primarily the reason I am not on social media," he revealed during Jagga Jasoos promotions. "Trolls are the parcel that comes with social media and people should not take them seriously. One just needs to focus on their work and let their work speak for itself," he added. 

Although, from a pool of wishes, we can assume that Ranbir Kapoor truly cares about just one—the one from his 'one and only' A. Bhatt. Alia Bhatt recently took to Instagram to share a never-seen-before picture with her beau and wrote, "Happy birthday my life." According to reports, Ranbir and Alia have been dating since 2017 and often make headlines when snapped together at events, award functions, or parties. In conversation with journalist Rajeev Masand, Ranbir once revealed, "It (the wedding) would have already been sealed if the pandemic hadn’t hit our lives. But I don’t want to jinx it by saying anything. I want to tick mark that goal soon in my life."
